Focused, individualized coaching designed specifically for you. Perfect if you want hands-on guidance, accountability, and a program tailored to your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.


Small Group Training (2–4 people) — $30 / person / session

Train alongside friends or join a small crew. Get the energy and accountability of a group, while still receiving close attention and coaching. A great way to push yourself while keeping it fun and affordable.


Virtual Coaching — $40 / week

For those who prefer flexibility or live outside the area. Includes:

  • Custom workout programming designed around your schedule, space, and goals.

  • Optional meal planning guidance to support your training.

  • Ongoing support and check-ins to keep you accountable and progressing.
